Student information is used solely to operate transportation routes, communicate with parents/guardians and schools, and ensure student safety. We do not sell student information or use it for third-party advertising.
Student data is protected with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, consistent with applicable law including, where applicable, FERPA and COPPA. Access is limited to personnel who need it to perform their duties.
We share student information only as needed to provide the service — for example, with drivers and monitors on the student's route, and with the student's school to coordinate pickup and drop-off. We do not share student data with unrelated third parties.
Parents and legal guardians may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information, subject to legal retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact the Company using the information on your invoice or in the parent portal.
Student records are retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and legal compliance, then securely deleted.
