Unanimous Flaws — Resolved

#1: Zero user-validated signal. DEFERRED-with-gate — The beta survey IS the validation mechanism. It launches week 0 of the 12-week timeline (not "scheduled later"). Until results exist, the validated floor assumes zero unvalidated capabilities work. The survey instrument is published and complete in Section 02a, amended with the 65% dual-score threshold, equally-salient single-score option, and WTP/churn extraction.
#2: No acquisition strategy. FIXED — New Section 14a specifies 3 named channels (product-led $8-25 CAC, SEO/content $15-40 CAC, partner $5-15 CAC), 80/20 organic/paid mix, and a 4-stage visitor→signup→Free→Pro funnel with numeric rates that reconcile to the 210 Year-1 payers. Paid is explicitly demoted to secondary amplifier with a volume cap.
#3: Growth trajectory unchanged from v3.5. FIXED — New Section 14b replaces the single base case with a two-bound model: Validated Floor ($34K/$118K/$305K — proven-today only, 2% conversion, 10%/mo churn) and Validated Ceiling ($61K/$262K/$820K — conservative post-validation, still no White-Label). The as-published base case ($72.8K/$353K/$1.282M) is relabeled "aspirational (includes deferred White-Label)." White-Label is zeroed in both bounds.
#4: White-Label priced with deferred isolation. FIXED — White-Label removed from public pricing entirely (Section 11 now shows Free/Pro/Enterprise only). "Available post-MVP — Join Waitlist" without a price. Architecture adds white_label_provisioning_allowed gate that blocks onboarding until RLS, org isolation, DPA, sub-processor registry, and external counsel sign-off are all green.

Three Critical Conditions — Satisfied

Condition 1: Re-baseline the timeline. ✅ SATISFIED — Section 12 replaced with 12-week table: survey wk 0-3, schema wk 4-6, dual scoring wk 7-9, Fix-It wk 8-11, Chat-to-Refine wk 10-12. Concurrency map and critical path diagrammed. The three omissions that made 8 weeks appear feasible are named and refuted. 16-week ceiling stated as risk-adjusted case.
Condition 2: Remove White-Label from pricing. ✅ SATISFIED — See Unanimous Flaw #4 above. Pricing page updated, hard provisioning gate specified in architecture.
Condition 3: Document dual-score failure contingency. ✅ SATISFIED — New Section 06a: "If the 25-user validation gate rejects dual scoring, the differentiator falls back to the Fix-It loop + prediction-verified track record — 'the score that keeps score of itself.'" All §14a GTM channels are unaffected by the swap.

Domain Response Details

Market Analysis, GTM, Growth & Moat

Handled by Claude Opus 4.8. Full derivation at v3.6 Proposal, new Sections 13a, 14a, 14b, 06a, and revised Sections 12, 13.

Market Analysis (was 3/10)
"No TAM/SAM/SOM, no market-sizing methodology, no category growth data."
TAM $1.12B / SAM $168M / SOM $1.47M — derived bottom-up from three payer pools (fundraising startups 350K, SMB/RFP writers 1.5M, consultants/VCs 15K) × blended annual value ~$600/payer. No analyst category exists — stated honestly; adjacent proxies (proposal management SaaS 10-12% CAGR, GenAI 30%+) labeled as proxies. SOM is 0.9% of SAM — the model assumes a rounding-error share, not category dominance.
GTM Strategy (was 3/10)
"No acquisition channels. Zero CAC. No paid/organic mix."
3 channels with CAC ranges: Product-led ($8-25), SEO/content ($15-40), Partner ($5-15). Paid ($60-120) is amplifier only, capped at ~20% of volume. 80/20 organic/paid target. 4-stage funnel: 8% visit→signup, 45% activation, 3% Free→Pro — reconciled to 210 Year-1 payers (~195K visitors/yr).
Growth Trajectory (was 2/10)
"Same hockey-stick as v3.5, just relabeled."
Two-bound model replaces single base case:
Floor: $34K / $118K / $305K — proven-today only, 2% conv, 10%/mo churn, no White-Label
Ceiling: $61K / $262K / $820K — conservative post-validation, still no White-Label
Base case relabeled "aspirational." Beta survey extracts real retention/churn/WTP to replace floor placeholders.
Competitive Moat (was 4/10)
"Every capability individually replicable. Corpus deprioritized."
Data moat, not feature moat: Corpus + prediction-outcome loop is a compounding data asset. A competitor starting today cannot fabricate 18 months of prediction-vs-outcome data. Switching cost: users' Fix-It deltas and score history live in the corpus. Corpus accumulation is day-one MVP KEEP — only dual-score column typing is gated. Acceleration at T+90 (~wk 6) and T+365 (~mo 14). Honest 12-18 month timing window stated.
Timeline (was 4/10)
"8-week MVP for solo founder is fiction. Realistic: 12-16 weeks."
12-week timeline accepted and published. Survey wk 0-3 → Schema wk 4-6 → Dual Scoring wk 7-9 → Fix-It wk 8-11 → Chat-to-Refine wk 10-12. Concurrency map drawn. The 8-week claim refuted via 3 named omissions: unscheduled survey, mislabeled 3-tier evaluator, zero integration slack. 16-week ceiling stated.

Legal, Regulatory & Operations

Handled by DeepSeek V4 Pro.

Paper-Only Legal (Top 3 Prioritized)
"Every major legal fix is paper-only. No code, no deployed controls."
Priority 1 — AI Disclaimer Injection (wk 4-6): disclaimers table + disclaimer_version column on review_requests. Middleware refuses render if no active disclaimer.
Priority 2 — Retention Purge (wk 7-9): retention_class ENUM on corpus_entries, url_snapshots, review_sessions. Daily cron deletion job.
Priority 3 — DSAR Admin Tooling (wk 8-11): POST /admin/dsar endpoint, automated export within 48h target, logged completion.
Controller vs Processor Role Map
"No clear Art. 26 joint controller mapping. Role ambiguity across tiers."
New table in MVL: Direct users = VerdictTank is Controller (performance of contract + legitimate interest). Enterprise multi-user = Joint Controller with org admin. White-Label = VerdictTank is Processor (DPA + SCCs/IDTA). LLM API calls = Controller (legitimate interest, sub-processor training guard per claim #26). Role determined per tier, not per feature.
EU/UK Gaps
"No Art. 27 rep, ROPA, DPIA. Structural deficiencies if EU/UK targeted."
Geo-restricted at launch. VerdictTank will NOT accept EU/UK customers during MVP. ToS updated with explicit geographic scope. IP-based geo-check at signup. EU/UK expansion is a Phase 2 milestone gated on White-Label demand signal. Art. 27 rep, ROPA, DPIA templates prepared paper-ready but not operationalized until expansion.
URL-to-Review PII Risk
"Snapshots of third-party pages containing PII. No legal basis operationalized."
30-day snapshot retention with auto-purge via retention_class. Takedown workflow: abuse@verdicttank.com, acknowledgment within 2 business days, removal within 5. Legal basis: legitimate interest — LIA balancing test published (transient, scoped to user-submitted URL, 30-day retention ceiling). No PII filtering at ingest — short retention + takedown are the operational controls.
Sub-Processor Training Guard
"If LLM provider trains on content, violates customer expectations and DPAs."
Provider list with training policies: OpenAI — does NOT train on API data (confirmed via published policy). Anthropic — does NOT train on API data (confirmed via commercial terms). Crawl4AI (local) and SearXNG (self-hosted) — no third-party receives content. Sub-processor registry page linked from Privacy Policy.
Prediction-vs-Outcome Cron
"Persistent monitoring risks profiling without legal basis. FCRA-like optics."
DEFENDED. Cron monitors business entities only (SEC EDGAR, Crunchbase, press releases) — no PII, no consumer data. Not a "consumer report" under FCRA. FCRA disclaimer added to every prediction-tracking report: "May not be used for employment, credit, insurance, or tenant screening." Data scope definition published in Architecture Section 8.
External Counsel Dependency
"MVL creates external counsel dependency. Timeline no longer fully within team control."
DEFERRED-with-gate. Criteria: US-qualified tech/IP attorney, solo/small firm, SaaS + AI/ML experience. Trigger: before first White-Label waitlist invite (not MVP launch). Budget: $3K-7.5K (10-15 hours at $300-500/hr). Engagement window: Phase 2 (wk 8-11). MVP ships (Free/Pro/Enterprise) without counsel review.

Product & Architecture

Handled by DeepSeek V4 Pro.

Fix-It Scope Contradiction
"Roadmap says single-tier. Architecture specs full 3-tier evaluator. Both can't be right."
Roadmap wins. Fix-It ships with single-tier evaluator (binary pass/fail: "does this change improve the section?"). 3-tier quality rubric deferred to Phase 2, gated on 100+ completed Fix-It sessions + calibration corpus + user demand survey. Architecture Section 5.5 corrected. Removes ~1.5 weeks of evaluator complexity from the MVP.
Dual-Score Validation Instrument
"Majority preference from self-selected cohort is a confirmation instrument, not validation."
65% threshold + equally-salient single-score option. Survey presents both formats with equal weight, counterbalanced. "No preference" counted against the gate. 25 users, 17+ must choose dual scores for gate to pass (65%+ of full cohort including neutrals). Binomial significance test at p < 0.05.
Beta Validation Contingency
"Risk Assessment has no consolidated contingency for beta validation failure."
New Section 08a — Consolidated Contingency. Three failure modes with specific pivot actions: (1) Dual scoring rejected → fallback differentiator activates, timeline shortens ~2 weeks. (2) Conversion below 2% → Pro drops to $49/mo, Founder Plan at $29/mo bridge. (3) Churn above 10%/mo → Free tier gates (satisfaction survey after 5 reviews), Pro streak discount. Project does NOT pivot product, seek funding, or add scope.
Fix-It UX Conflict
"Completion score competes with re-score comparison. UX cognitive load."
Restructured Fix-It report: Primary view = before/after delta comparison table per dimension. Secondary = "Estimated Impact" aggregate (renamed from completion score), calculated as weighted mean delta. Full re-score is a separate action ("Re-score Full Proposal"), not bundled with the fix report.
