Vehicle-mounted cameras and occasional photography/video are used to support safety, driver training, quality assurance, and — where separately authorized — promotional materials.
For safety and security, the Company may record video inside and outside its vehicles. This footage is used for incident review, driver supervision, and regulatory compliance, and is retained only as long as necessary for those purposes.
Photographs or video of students used for marketing, website, or social media require your separate written consent. Declining promotional use does not affect the student's eligibility for transportation.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and consent to the operational video recording described in Section 2. You may opt out of promotional use (Section 3) at any time by contacting the Company in writing.
You may revoke promotional-use consent at any time. Revocation applies prospectively and does not require removal of materials already published in print or distributed before receipt of the revocation.
