This agreement governs student transportation services provided by Village Express Transportation ("the Company") to the enrolled student and their parent/legal guardian ("you"). Service is provided between the home address on file and the designated school, on the days and routes agreed at registration.
You agree to provide accurate and current student, household, emergency-contact, and medical information. Any change in address, school, custody, or medical condition must be reported to the Company before it affects service. Failure to do so may delay or suspend transportation.
A one-time registration fee of $50.00 is due at enrollment. Transportation is billed weekly in advance at the rates agreed at registration (one-way or round-trip). Invoices are issued by email before the service period and are due by the stated due date.
Students must follow driver and monitor instructions at all times. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for conduct that compromises safety, after reasonable notice where circumstances permit.
Schedule changes must be requested with at least 48 hours' notice where possible. Cancellation of recurring service requires written notice before the start of the next billing week; no refunds are issued for days already billed.
The Company maintains vehicle insurance as required by law. To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability is limited to direct damages arising from its own negligence and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
