The Schedule Canvas is a visual way to lay out a day's appointments across your chairs. Instead of reading the schedule as a long list, you see the whole day at once — who's in each chair, when the doctor is needed, and where the open time is. It's built to make the day feel the way you already know it works, so the whole team can plan together.
Each colored block is one appointment. Its color tells you the family (bonding, adjustment, exam, and so on), and the label shows the type and how many doctor minutes it takes.
Drag any block to a different chair or time to move it.
Each tab is a day or template — for example "Thursday" or "Summer Hours."
Set the day's Start / Lunch / End hours at the top, then Apply hours.
The doctor moves chair to chair all day. The thin rail on the far left shows how much doctor time lands in each 10-minute slice. If it turns red, the doctor would be needed in two places at once — your cue to nudge one appointment a little earlier or later. Keeping Over 10-min at 0 means the doctor is never double-booked.
+ Column lets you add a special station — a deband chair, a retainer-check chair, or a fourth chair — if your practice runs one.
Your board auto-saves to this device as you work. The 💾 Save button stores it with the practice so it opens the same on any device. ↺ Reset to blank clears the current day's appointments but keeps your hours.
