Orthodontic Operations, Made Visible.

I help orthodontic practices turn growth goals into operational systems that make them achievable.
Schedule Production Staffing Capacity Growth Schedule

Through operations consulting and proprietary forecasting tools, I help practices make smarter decisions about scheduling, capacity, production, and growth. See the system. Understand the constraints. Make better decisions.

See How I Work

I don't start with "what's wrong with your people?"

I start with: What is the system asking your people to do?

Sometimes the answer is that someone needs more training. Sometimes the process is poorly designed. Sometimes the schedule is creating problems that look like staffing problems. Sometimes the practice is pursuing growth that its current systems cannot support.

And sometimes the data tells us something nobody in the practice has been able to see clearly.

The goal isn't to find someone to blame. The goal is to understand the system well enough to change it.

I work with practices to examine the operational systems underneath growth.

Scheduling & Capacity

Identify underutilized and overburdened capacity, evaluate scheduling patterns, and understand how scheduling decisions affect production.

  • Model scheduling impact on production
  • Recover lost schedule capacity
  • Build intentional scheduling systems

Growth & Forecasting

Translate operational data into forward-looking projections. Model whether current capacity can support projected growth before it becomes expensive.

  • Model production and growth scenarios
  • Identify operational requirements of growth targets
  • Surface problems before they become expensive

Operations & Team Systems

Map how the practice actually works. Clarify responsibilities and workflows. Build systems that can scale without requiring everyone to work harder.

  • Identify bottlenecks and points of friction
  • Clarify decision-making authority
  • Connect people systems to operational performance

Schedule Canvas

See how your schedule is performing and where capacity may be getting lost. Scheduling decisions are operational decisions. This tool helps make their consequences visible so you can make better decisions about capacity, utilization, and production.

Impact Forecaster

Growth requires more than a marketing plan. It requires enough capacity, production opportunity, staffing, and operational infrastructure. Model what your practice may need to support future growth and where your current system may become constrained.

Software is the tool. Systems thinking is the work.

The software doesn't replace operational judgment. It makes the system easier to see. I combine the data with observation, process analysis, business-development experience, and practical work with teams to determine what the numbers mean and what to do about them.

A systems view, built from the ground up.

My path into orthodontic operations wasn't linear. I have spent over two decades in small business operational development and systems.

I moved into business development and practice operations in orthodontics. Those experiences gave me something I wouldn't have gotten by following a conventional business-consulting path.

I learned to look at systems from multiple levels, and to understand the interaction between all of them.

The individual. The team. The process.

The environment. The numbers.

The interaction between all of them.

The objective isn't simply a better schedule.

It's a practice where the operational system supports the business you're trying to build.

More visibility

Better decisions

Less operational guesswork

More intentional use of capacity

Systems that make growth manageable

Let's look at the system.

If your practice is growing, struggling to grow, or simply working harder than it should have to, let's examine what's actually happening underneath the numbers.
