What to export from your PMS
⚠️ Before exporting: Deselect patient name, date of birth, and insurance ID columns. We only need appointment types, time blocks, and provider assignments.
- Dolphin: Reports → Schedule → Export as CSV. Include appointment type, provider, chair, and duration.
- Ortho2Edge: Analytics → Export Schedule. Select date range and include procedure codes.
- Cloud 9: Reports → Daily Schedule Export → CSV. Include all columns.
- OrthoTrac: Reports → Daily Schedule Export → CSV. Include all columns.
